Tuna and White Bean Dip

Prep Time: 5 Minutes


1 80 g can of tuna packed in oil, drained

1 can Emma Canellini Beans, drained

2-3 Fillets Emma Anchovies

½ Clove of Garlic, smashed

¼ cup Emma Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 tbsp Emma White Wine Vinegar

Salt and Pepper to taste

Chopped Chives, for garnish

Potato Chips for dipping


  1. Blend the first seven ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning. If it’s a little salty, add some more vinegar.

  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, top with chives and serve alongside potato chips.
