Quick and Easy Hummus

Ingredients

2 cans Chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 cup Tahini

4 tbsp Emma White Wine Vinegar

4 Cloves of Garlic, smashed

6 tbsp Cold Water

Salt, to taste

Emma Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for drizzling

 

Directions

  1. In a powerful food processor, blend the chickpeas until it forms a stiff paste.
  2. With the machine still running, slowly drizzle in the tahini, vinegar and garlic and a pinch of salt.
  3. Finally, drizzle in the water until the paste turns creamy and smooth. Approx. 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the hummus to a bowl, cover with plastic, and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve at room temperature, with a generous drizzle of olive oil.
