Arborio Rice
A short-grain rice named after the town of Arborio,in northern Italy, which to this day is its main growing region. When cooked the rounded grains of arborio rice are firm, creamy and chewy compared to other rice varieties, thanks to its high content of starch.

Savoiardi Biscuits
An egg-based biscuit, crisp on the outside and spongy on the inside, with a long oval shape. Emma Savoirardi are perfect in a trifle, like the iconic tiramisu.

Anchovy Fillets
Salt cured little fish that are preserved in olive oil. Adding one or two fillets to a recipe adds an unmistakable depth of flavour, and umami. They blend very well into dips, spreads and salads dressings, they can be used as a base to flavour sauces, and they can be compounded into butter for a tasty condiment to grilled fish and meats. This is a product of Peru.
