#EmmaFeeds x The Toonie Challenge

Jan 29, 2020

Feeding hungry children one toonie at a time!

We’re excited to announce that we are sponsoring Toonies for Tummies, a campaign to help provide food for children in communities in Ontario and Western Canada through school nutrition programs. From January 29th until March 7th 2020, we’re taking the #ToonieChallenge and supporting retailers across the country to reach this year’s goal of 1.8 million dollars. That’s food for over 1 million kids!

Here’s how you can help:

Donate a Toonie at participating retailers and 100% of the proceeds will go towards healthy breakfasts and/or mid-morning meals to hungry school-aged children.

Retailers will match the donations on specific days throughout the campaign!

For information on dates and retailer location, visit The Grocery Foundation‘s website (they’re the non-profit we’re working with) or check out our Facebook and Instagram pages @eatemmafoods

Hunger isn’t another country’s problem. It affects children right here in our backyards. We’re so proud to support this awesome cause! Please donate today!

Psst! Our Emma Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a featured product throughout the campaign. Find it at participating retailers!
